Beginners Class

In this class we will get to know a lot of oils, learn to enjoy ways to use them and incorporate them in your life. Martien's extensive knowledge he gained taking his training in Europe also allows you to feel safe when using any oils and having the know how of years of blending enriching your experience with the best essential oils available.

Blending Class

The Blending of Oils Class requires a bit of knowledge of the oils and thus works well when one has taken the beginners class. In this class we delve into the joy of working with the gifts that have come from the perfume industry and have enriched Aromatherapy in general. We also will work with several blends to trust your intuition, your most powerful tool in any creative endeavour. this class will give you the confidence to make several blends for your household and personal use.

Journeying With Oils - Chakra Class

In the class we connect the oils to the extended Chakra system thus also giving strength and empowerment to the extra chakra's that are considered part of the 13 Chakra system which we can find back in old texts. As we take a physical and spiritual journey from the base up to the Stellar Gateway and back to the Earth Chakra we then connect all to. During this class we will go in depth into the meanings of the Chakra's for you and your well being

The Fifth Tarot

Experiential Tarot Workshops.

You are invited to attend an experiential workshop based on "The Fifth tarot " an evolutionary new tarot deck created by Hot Springs residents, Teressena & Martien Bakens. Tarot decks traditionally have four suits to represent the elements of earth, water, air, fire. "The Fifth Tarot " incorporates an additional suit to represent ether. Without ether, there is no life. "The Fifth Tarot " brings back a more complete version of tarot that had been lost through the ages. It combines the ancient esoteric teachings of tarot with the new energies of the changing times in which we live. The fifth suit, ether, is symbolized by the lotus and deals with the gifts that are emerging in the consciousness of humanity today. It deals with such things as telepathy, clairvoyance, spontaneous healing, bi-location, to name a few.

This workshop offers the opportunity to participate in an experiencial discovery of tarot through meditation, creative exercise, sound, movement, and working with oil blends that help activate specific energies. The workshop will specifically work with the Major Arcana cards and the fifth suit of Lotus.
